Run low graphics and close all back round programs, try again and c if you still lag. If you do well either you live to from host or your internet is bad .

I never have lagg with other server , My internet is 3 MB i always play with full graphics and quality and never lagg but sometime i have lagg with damage here

maybe your to far from the server location... i think our server is in New York, and reason why you were lagging too much, is receiving large amount of packets from luring monsters.
