The game is meant for people aged 17 and over.
So dont bother complaining or reporting anything that is not real abuse, or you will be jailed and/or banned yourself.
With that said, anyone caught being Abusive will be Jailed, possibly Banned.

Alot of scammer's out there.
Staff Will Never ask for your account info
If you give someone your account info that is your own fault as you have been warned.
